We are proud to start offering our in house built 6, 8 and 10 rib power steering pulleys for the TBSS and 2014+ Truck belt drive. These utilize the Type2 power steering pump, with the long neck style reservoir, as opposed to the "teardrop" reservoir used on the Saginaw pumps. The pulley hub bore fits pumps .750" in diameter. This pulley replaces OEM part number 12590865. Pulley diameter is the smaller of the "TBSS" style, where the Envoy and the Saab got a larger diameter, but the pump is the same, so this will work for that application as well.
Our pulley hub is made of 304 stainless instead of plated steel, or the no hub design used by other suppliers. Pulleys are stocked in black anodize as a standard to keep belt wear on the surface at a minimum and prevent corrosion, but we do keep a small stock of bare on hand as well for custom colors. Kit includes pulley hub, 6 grade 12.9 socket head bolts and pulley shell.
These are stocked in 6 and 8 rib, 10 rib variant is made to order and can have a few weeks lead time.
