Made from 6061-T6 Material, and fully machined in house. These spacers are generally used for clearance issues on larger throttle bodies, but can be used to add custom methanol or nitrous ports behind the throttle body as well. These can be custom made in other configurations or adapters as needed as well. Both sides of the spacer use an 1/8" O-ring unless its the 90mm version, which uses the stock gasket on the intake/blower side. All configurations can be made in 1/2" or 1" thickness. We can also make "clocking" adapters to rotate the throttle body to any desired angle.
All spacers will have an Oring provision on the FRONT only. For the 92mm version, there should be an OEM gasket in place. For the 103mm version, there is often not enough material left for a gasket groove, so RTV is recommended for these applications. On the 92mm to 103mm adapter, the front throttle body side will have a gasket, as the factory 92mm side should have a factory gasket. These can be modified as needed, contact us for questions.
LONGER BOLTS WILL ONLY BE SENT IF THE LENGTH OF YOUR EXISTING BOLTS IS NOTED IN THE ORDER NOTES. Bolts supplied will be plain hex head M6 with a washer.
